In February 2011, as part of an e-government project, the first multiuse center for state and municipal services in the Kuznetsk Basin opened in the city of Yurga in the Kemerov region of Russia.
The company Feorana, an AxxonSoft partner, took part in implementing the project. Feorana implemented an Axxon VMS, along with all of the facility's low-power utility networks.
The video surveillance system was built using 24 video cameras. Twenty-one cameras were installed inside the multiuse center for the surveillance and recording of events in the operations area and in operator booths. Three video cameras were mounted outside the building to monitor the entrance and parking area. The system includes one video server and three remote workstations.
The governor of the Kemerov region, Aman Tuleev, recognized the high work quality and professionalism of the companies involved in the center's creation. The technicians from Feorana who were involved in creating the IT environment and security system of the multiuse center were honored with letters of appreciation and medals.
