Protection One, an electronic security company in the U.S., is taking a new approach to national account management that promises to revolutionize customer service in the security industry.
“We're designing an approach to national accounts by creating a unified account management environment,” said Tim Whall, President and CEO, Protection One. “Past experience shows that the old business model provided consistency of thought, but did not translate into consistency of delivery. Our goal is to provide a truly customer experience.”
“The goal is simple, we want to offer the best customer experience,” said Bob Dale, Senior VP, Sales.
To lead this new, unified effort, Protection One appointed Marty Hale as Director, National Account Operations. Additionally, in the past 30 days, the company has nearly doubled its National Account team and added more than 200 years of experience to the existing solid roster of sales professionals.
