G4S announced Winnie Kin Wah Fok will join the board as a non-executive director.
An accountant by training, Fok's career has involved management roles in finance, audit and corporate advisory companies followed by a range of senior roles in asset management firms investing with a focus in Asia. During the last five years, Fok has been a director of AB SKF. She is a senior advisor to investor as well as being a non-executive director of Volvo Car and AB SKF.
“We are pleased to welcome Winnie on to our board. Her extensive business background and her intimate knowledge of the Asian markets will prove invaluable and will help to broaden still further the range of experience on the board,” said Alf Duch-Pedersen, Chairman of G4S.
