Protection One, the second-largest electronic security company in the U.S., announced security industry veteran Lisa Ciappetta has been named Senior Director of Marketing.
Ciappetta comes to Protection One from ADT Security Services, where she most recently served as Commercial Marketing Director. She will assume a similar role at Protection One, focusing her efforts on overall branding and development of web-based services as well as marketing and sales support for the firm's business security systems.
“Ciappetta is well-respected in the industry for her knowledge of products and services focused on the needs of customers. We are thrilled to have her caliber of talent spearheading key strategic marketing initiatives,” said Jamie Haenggi, Protection One's Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer. “We're anxious to leverage Ciappetta's experience and impressive track record of helping to grow sales dramatically here at Protection One.”
At ADT, Ciappetta led the application design, pricing, promotion and launch of several new products and services for commercial customers including web-based services such as ADT Select data, video and access services.
Intricately involved in sales force training, proposal writing and tradeshow marketing, Ciappetta has developed individualized programs for a wide variety of major national commercial clients. Earlier in her career, from 1989 to 2001, Ciappetta was responsible for sales training, training tool development and end-user marketing efforts in various roles at Sensormatic Electronics.
