The Vision 5600 and 5700 series are designed for low-cost, point-topoint single channel transmission of video and associated multiple low-speed data/audio channels. The Vision 5600 is designed for multimode fiber, while the 5700 is designed for single-mode fiber.
The system provides high-quality, low-cost transmission of uncompressed video signals. The video is transmitted in full bandwidth digital format, ensuring optimum transmission performance regardless of distance. As no compression of the video is used, there is no latency or compromise on quality. The range has built-in AGC with a wide dynamic range and 10-bit digitization to provide true “plug-n-play” capability. The products come in a variety of channel options in both stand-alone and rack-mount formats to ensure maximum system versatility. The new data expans ion c a rds of fer transmission of up to two additional data channels or 10 unidirectional contact closure channels per video channel.
