A strategic leadership appointment supporting the next phase of Salto Wecosystem growth in South East Asia
Salto has appointed Bernie Low as its new South East Asia (SEA) Business Unit Lead, following a comprehensive search for an experienced regional leader to support the company’s continued momentum across the region. Based in Singapore, Bernie will strengthen Salto’s leadership presence and support the continued expansion of the Salto Wecosystem partner and customer network across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Myanmar, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Bernie brings more than twenty years of senior leadership experience across multinational and SME environments, with a strong background in regional business management, multi-country operations, B2B sales leadership and the development of high-performing teams. Across his career he has held senior roles with full P&L accountability, overseeing business growth, organisational performance and commercial outcomes across diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, automation, logistics, construction and security.
His previous roles include serving as Country Manager, where he oversaw operations across multiple South East Asian markets and led restructuring, data-driven decision-making and key-account growth initiatives; General Manager, where he managed the full organisational portfolio across operations, finance, HR and contracts for a large multi-disciplinary business; and Head of Sales, where he steered project performance and channel strategies across Singapore and neighboring markets.
Bernie holds a Master of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology, and a Diploma in Electronics, Communications and Computer Engineering.
