These changes include change of assignments for Corporate Vice President, Senior Managing Director, Managing Director and Director. Moreover, Financial Department and Accounting Department will be merged and reorganized to Accounting & Financial Management Department.
Changes in directors are subject to approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) and at the company's board of directors meeting afterward, both scheduled to be held on 28 March 2014.
