Business Objective:
The most important objective for this project was the safety of customers and employees of the Garden Mall Shopping Center. The main consideration was to implement the most sophisticated CCTV, Fire Alarm and EVAC system in order to provide customized solutions as well as the highest security and safety standard.
Solution:
The installed solution comprises a CCTV system with 4 Divar XF and 60 Dinion cameras, an EVAC System Praesidio with 15 amplifiers and 600 speakers, and a Fire Alarm system with 2 FPA 5000 and more than 1000 detectors. The CCTV system considered as an antitheft system in the past is offering advanced features: monitoring of products and assets, assistance in managing manpower and operations as well as supporting safety equipment whenever incidents can happen.
The Praesidio Public Address and Voice Evacuation provides a top quality of backround music and live speech calls. Besides creating a relaxed atmosphere for clients it allows clear and fast evacuations within a few minutes in case of emergency.
The Fire System is based upon a 5000 Series Modular Fire Panel and allows complete control of fire detection in the shopping center. Its modular extension allows for easy extension, easy adaptation to country-specific regulations and conditions. For larger buildings the 5000 Series Modular Fire Panel is always the best option. The 1000 fire detectors offer the highest security and safety standard.
