MAN AUTO-Uzbekistan Company is a joint venture between the German MAN Truck and Bus AG and the Uzbek OJSC UzAvtosanoat. The German MAN Truck & Bus AG is the largest subsidiary of the MAN SE corporation and one of the leading international providers of commercial vehicles. The new plant for the MAN trucks production in Samarkand includes 15 thousand square meter production area and the rated capacity of 5000 trucks per year assembly line. It is possible to place the second assembly line by increasing production capacity to 10 thousand units per year. In general, creating about 1,000 new positions at the production complex.
Since the factory provides assembling and repairing of trucks, it is essential to keep its staff and all repair works at high-quality. A total of 14 EPTZ830 PTZ Cameras and 2 EBD430 Outdoor IR Dome Cameras were positioned in and around the factory to connect with a EPARA16CH DVR, an EKB500 Control Keyboard, and an EverFocus 19”monitor for more efficient surveillance of the environment and the properties.
Because the factory is located in the suburban area, the installation of the surveillance cameras is a great choice for the factory owner to secure the surrounding areas and make sure the land is safe from outsiders.
EPTZ830 is an outdoor PTZ camera equipped with 1/4 SONY Super HAD CCD with a digital slow shutter and day/night mode. The auto function and fast focus increase the searching speed and precision. White balance makes the shades of color mode natural in different light conditions. 3DNR function produces clear picture quality even under low light condition, which is perfect for the outdoor environment of MAN factory. The auto heater and fan in the EPTZ830 make it suitable to fit all kinds of temperature. IP66 enclosures offer the highest protection against particles, and a high level of protection against water.
EBD430 Outdoor IR Dome Camera's unique 3-axis hinge mechanism allows it to be quickly and accurately pointed in the direction users need it to see. Users can adjust its zoom and focus via outside rings so that they match the camera's new pointing angle. IR illumination ensures that wherever the camera is pointing at, highly visible images can always be received regardless of the time of day or of the amount of available light. To further increase its sensitivity to light, this camera comes equipped with a removable IR cut filter so as to allow light with IR wavelengths to reach the CCD. In designing this camera EverFocus also took into account that most IR LED cameras are used to monitor outdoor locations prone to damage by weather and vandalism. For this reason they supplied it with a weatherproof, IP66 rated enclosure along with a built-in heater. This way user can safely install it in an outdoor location where it will remain safe from weather and vandalism.
EPARA16CH DVR is based on H.264 compression technology, resulting in enhanced recording capacity and improved network image transmission speed with high image quality. Comprehensive features and extended event recording settings enable the almost universal application of this DVR series. It comes with multiple control inputs include mouse control, front panel control, IR remote control and EverFocus EKB500 Control Keyboard. Mouse control is supported with the simple Graphical User Interface (GUI), offering experienced PC users the similarity of interactive command of a computer-controlled device. With the GUI, users can command specific actions on the Paragon Series DVR through graphical icons and visual indicators.
