The unique application is the newest complement to March Networks' world-class technical services, and is now available as a free download from the App Store.

* Quickly browse through and access multiple video tutorials to find exactly the information they need to troubleshoot and resolve a specific product issue.
* Check product warranty and Return Material Authorization (RMA) shipment status on the spot to better determine next steps.
* Duplicate the LEDs displaying on their March Networks recorder to get instant diagnostic information.
