An immediate positive impact on operations was noted and a decision was made to implement the loss prevention technology in all restaurants.
Buona's management team will be reviewing SmartAudits, video exception reports and video alerts for each location to ensure the highest level of customer service and guest experience. DTT's technology will also be leveraged to manage opportunity food cost, conduct safety inspections and ensure consistent restaurant operations standards.
