Capital Health, a growing regional provider of advanced medicine in New Jersey, has chosen to install AMAG Technology’s security management system at their new hospital in Hopewell Township, New Jersey. AMAG Technology, a security management system provider encompassing access control, IP video and intrusion detection, along with EDI, a consulting and design firm, worked together to provide Capital Health with a security solution that will protect patients, staff and assets at its new medical building, which is opening later this year.
Capital Health, a growing regional provider of advanced medicine in New Jersey, has chosen to install AMAG Technology's security management system at their new hospital in Hopewell Township, New Jersey. AMAG Technology, a security management system provider encompassing access control, IP video and intrusion detection, along with EDI, a consulting and design firm, worked together to provide Capital Health with a security solution that will protect patients, staff and assets at its new medical building, which is opening later this year.
The security management system will integrate with Milestone VMS to provide a complete security management system for the 237-bed facility. The integrated system will link alarms and camera views, providing security officers with an immediate view of events. The instant knowledge allows security officers to make fast, accurate decisions about how to best respond to situations.
The visitor management module will allow the hospital to actively manage the many visitors it receives daily, while maintaining a high level of protection for staff and patients.
Capital Health is the region's provider of advanced medicine, with significant investments in advanced technologies. Comprised of its Mercer Campus, Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey and the Capital Health outpatient facility in Hamilton, Capital Health is a growing healthcare organization with construction underway for a new hospital in Hopewell Township, New Jersey and significant expansion of services at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, both scheduled to be completed in 2011.
