The system provides various features: capture the image of al visitors to site, keep track of visitors as and when they come and go, produce a quality photo ID pass image within seconds of arrival, book a visit on the system prior to visitor arrival, link all visitorst a host on site, locate visitors quickly and easily, easy to print and view information or even access to reports with images.
When the visitor leaves the building the pass' validity is terminated either via the pass or through the systems menu options. The visitor's status is then reset and a log of the visitor's activities in and out of the building is logged for future reference purposes.
