MegaMatcher Accelerator 3.0 adds iris biometrics, matching up to 200 million irises per second, and offers enhanced fingerprint-matching technology of up to 100 million fingerprints per second. Either iris or fingerprint modes can be used as primary, fast-identification biometrics, or both can be used together for even more accurate multibiometric identification.
Unlike systems that use classification or indexing schemes for matching (which can result in loss of reliability and speed), MegaMatcher Accelerator's matching technology compares every fingerprint and every iris to provide more accurate results.
