Primitive motion detectors are useless in outdoor environments and exotic server based solutions are overkill for simply securing a perimeter. viasys is a simple, reliable and affordable analytic program that integrates into the camera's Web interface. Object recognition is performed using aspect ratio, environmental movement filtering, directional detection and electronic fences. Viasys communicates seamlessly with market video management systems to reduce bandwidth and storage consumption and eliminate expensive false alarms.
