Concept:
Vandal-proof camera belong to explosion-proof industry and monitoring industry’s cross products. Because in the place with high combustible、explosive field can’t use common camera, need have explosion-proof function and related certification by country, it can named vandal-proof camera.
National standard
National standard GB 3836.1-2010、GB 3836.2-2010、GB 12476.1-2000、GB 12476.2-2010 explosion gas environment using electrical equipment standard. It made referred as international electrotechnical commision ‘s standard for electrical products.
Some people can’t distinguish vandal-proof and violence-proof, even install violence-proof camera under the place with high combustible, it even lead to serious damage to personal and property. Violence -proof camera means avoid damage or resistance to blow. It don’t have explosion-proof electrical performance and certify, these two are completely different products.
Working principle
Explosion-proof camera’s working principle is suppress explosion for elements’ generate and happen, let electrical products can work normally under high risk environment. Four element of explosion are as below:
1.The scene with combustive gas, dust and mixture and form certain concertration;
2.The scene has enough oxygen and fuel have combustible reaction;
3.The scene has enough temperature leading to mixture comsustion reaction with oxygen.
4.The scene is too small, the heat after burning gather to certain degree even blasting.
