Huper Laboratories Co., Ltd. (known as huperLab), a solution provider specializing in professional video surveillance systems, recently entered Japan’s Home Security market integrating with Sojitz Building Materials and Security?Security. Featuring home security application, huperLab’s 3D Virtual Fence solution incorporating depth vision with a dual security camera system allows identifying intruders accurately and quick response from concerned house owners. Its water-proof design of 3D dual-lens camera and advanced 3D algorithm ensures higher environmental tolerance to light and shadow changes, raining and snowing, and day/night use in outdoors. The foremost showcase took visitors by storm at earlier Security Show in Tokyo.
huperLab 3D dual-lens camera brings human-like depth vision to capture and construct 3D moving objects in real time to better distinguish them from the background. The stereoscopic technology enables detecting and analyzing moving object in real position, integrated height filter method to deliver the higher tolerance to light and shadow change, raining and snowing, day/night, the overlapped moving objects for high accuracy better than infrared detection technology. And its water-proof design of 3D dual-lens camera makes it ideal for outdoor use with various applications.
Working more than a tripwire application, 3D Virtual Fence can build a polygon fence with height and bi-directional detection to easily set up and apply for regional safety. Along with Touch Mode feature, it allows constructing three-dimensional wall to detect moving objects in depth. Thus it reduces false alarm for more effective detection while unauthorized access happens.
More importantly, intruder alarm and mobile access are the better ways to make home security smarter. Users don’t need to worry about alarm system integration. With compatibility for mobile access, the system allows users to receive event alerts in seconds and view the live camera videos on mobile devices - or activate the voice/audio alarm to scare the invaders off even though they’re away from their house.
