AxxonSoft, a leading developer of video management software, and eneo, the specialist for video surveillance, today announced the beginning of their technological cooperation. Since release of Drivers Pack 3.2.15, the AxxonSoft video management software supports numerous eneo IP cameras. All base functions are fully ready for use, integration of further camera models with pioneering functions such as autofocus, motor zoom and 360° panoramic view will soon be completed. The eneo IP camera portfolio covers standard cameras in box, dome and bullet models, PTZ versions, thermal imagery cameras as well as Full HD solutions with a 1080p resolution and 3-megapixel models. In combination with the Axxon Next video management software this product portfolio delivers an optimum
surveillance solution with analysis tools, intuitive user interface, 3D site plan and – due to its deep integration – full support to camera functions.

Franz-Josef Eberle, eneo Business Unit Director, believes the partnership offers optimum
conditions for the further growth of both companies: “AxxonSoft is already the video
management software leader in many countries and it is continuously becoming more important in Europe. The partnership will allow both sides to continue their growth more strongly. The powerful freeware version of Axxon Next in particular provides an optimal entry level into IPbased video surveillance – it can now also be used together with eneo IP cameras providing an impressive solution for small and medium-sized installations.”

Johanna Flohr, EMEA Marketing Manager at AxxonSoft, regards the eneo IP cameras as being a
tailor-made extension to the existing range of integrated manufacturers: “The very high quality and ease of installation of the innovative housing concept of the bullet cameras in the eneo Candid family and Callisto domes quickly convinced us. Together with the user-friendly AxxonSoft software, installation engineers can now fall back on a total solution that is extremely powerful and at the same time has easy and therefore cost-effective installation.”
