Compro NC500 network camera is able to provide stand-alone automated tracking thanks to its advanced video analytics and its 340-degree pan, 100-degree tilt mechanical design. Twelve IR LEDs and a mechanical IR-cut filter coupled with a professional-class light sensor help NC500 deliver crystal clear images even under low light conditions. An IO connector allows NC500 to integrate with various wireless alarms and sensors, so when events like break-ins occur, the NC500 can initiate video recording, take snapshots, or carry out other actions. The camera also has a built-in microSD card slot for storing snapshots and video recordings, and an audio in/out port for two-way audio communication. And to top it off, Compro NC500 can leverage the benefits of PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) technology to offer cost and time saving in installation.

Equipped with advanced video compression and bandwidth optimization technology, Compro NC500 can live feed high-quality H.264, MPEG-4 or MJPEG video to PC or smartphone simultaneously. The 16-channel camera viewer features user-friendly interface and supports Internet Explorer, FireFox, and other popular web browsers. The Email and SMS notification function allows NC500 to send out event alerts triggered by external sensors, video analytics, audio detection, etc. Moreover, a free Compro DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name Service) service is also available on NC500 to enable friendly remote viewing. Additionally, for users who are building a home or office surveillance system, the 32-channel video management software, ComproView?, is bundled free with NC500. ComproView? features cutting-edge video analytics, smart search and playback, and a wealth of useful functions.

Finally, the introduction of the NC500 PTZ auto-tracking network camera is enabling Compro to further increase the diversity of its product portfolio and deliver a wider range of IP video surveillance solutions to its worldwide customers.
