Taiwan Technology Court Case Study
The Taiwan judiciary has been implementing new technologies in the courts, which aims to digitalize the judiciary system with information technology, making the judiciary proceedings more efficient and accessible to the public.
To achieve the digitalization of litigation, the Taoyuan District Prosecutors Office and the Hsinchu District Court have upgraded their facilities for switching interrogation transcripts and uploading the live recordings to the CLOUD. Thus, the camera signal needs to convert to the HDMI signal for recorder and CVBS signal for uploading to the computer.
To convert the AHD signal to HDMI and CVBS signals at the same time. In many cases, the integrators use a traditional approach which is inputting the AHD signal into DVR and outputting the HDMI and CVBS signal. However, the method may result in high expenses and difficulties in installation. The AD001HD4 converts HD-TVI/AHD/HDCVI/CVBS signals to HDMI, VGA, and CVBS, and its outputs of HDMI/VGA/CVBS can be working simultaneously. Based on a system integrator's feedback, "SC&T's AD001HD4 has the market uniqueness and provides high flexibility and stability and the product can perfectly fit my projects in Audiovisual Engineering. We have bought 200 pieces of the converter and applied them in many Taiwan government projects, and will keep purchasing SC&T's products".
The AD001UHD4 supports HD-TVI/AHD/HDCVI signals; the resolution supports 1/2/4/5MP, and 8MP. The HDMI output supports 4K and 1080p. Additionally, the converter has the scaling function which upgrades 1/2/4/5MP inputs to 4K HDMI output or degrades 4/5/8MP to 1080p HDMI output for more flexibility.
