The Guangyu Sunny Community in Yonghe District, New Taipei City, commissioned the construction of the project and the implementation of Chengxiang Technology, intending to use the UMDEYE IP Video Door-phone System, access control system, CCTV remote monitoring system and central monitoring system, etc.,

The community used the UMDEYE IP Video Door-phone System to build the following functions :

1. Video intercom function: The household and management center conducts film and television intercom through the intercom to confirm the identity of the visitor.
2. Unlocking function: Visitors can contact community residents at the apartment building entrance. The intercom in the apartment or the guard station can also unlock the door directly.
3. Monitoring function: The intercom can instantly monitor the door and door machine of the building, and can also connect to the network photography according to the needs of the community.
4. SOS emergency call: The intercom operation interface has SOS emergency help function. Press and hold the button for more than three seconds. The Apartment Station can receive the alarm information.
5. Safety function: The intercom combined with indoor and outdoor door springs, emergency pressure ring, gas detectors and other equipment, up to eight safety circuits can be connected. The indoor opportunity alerts, and the sound will be used to alert the residents that the alert will be sent to t Apartment Station.
6. Information function: The Apartment Station can send a personal message to the The intercom remind residents to pay attention to the community message.
7. Call transfer: When the family is not at home for a long time, in order to avoid missing information, The intercom can transfers the message to the relatives of the residence or Apartment Station.
