More than 75,000 readers have decided that the Mobotix S14 FlexMount has won the GIT Sicherheit Award 2013 in category C - CCTV. The world's first double hemispheric camera stood its ground against numerous other security solutions.
The camera, available in both mono (S14M) and dual (S14D) versions, features miniature lens units and provides the flexibility required for use in a wide range of applications. For instance, the S14D can be equipped with two hemispheric lens units and an integrated microphone that are connected by cable to the main housing. This makes it possible to fully secure two rooms located next to or on top of one another with just one single S14 system. The slim design of the module units means that it is particularly well-suited for use in hotels, banks and retail stores. The S14 complies with DIN EN 50155, making it absolutely reliable and also perfectly suited for absolutely reliable mobile use on a bus or train, even in extreme environments.
