London, Oct. 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) － Initsys Ltd a leading Unified Risk Management provider, announced today that it has recently completed a significant critical infrastructure security project. The contract award, received from a government in the Middle East, called for Initsys to design, engineer, deploy and integrate into a command and control infrastructure a state of the art security and surveillance system. The award included deployment of security and surveillance elements including triple play access control, multi-layer perimeter protection and over two hundred channels of CCTV to protect a significant national asset. The system has been designed to ensure that false triggers are kept to a minimum whilst maintaining all round protection.

The system is built around Merlin, Initsys's risk management platform, and includes cutting edge push to responder vehicle alarms/CCTV using LTE (4G) along with predictive alarm management, asset tracking of over one thousand separate in transit elements and utilising "Track and Zoom" in alarm state.

This recent contract award represents customer related and other risk considerations, no additional information is being provided at this stage.
