ASUSTOR Announces New Flagship AS6210T at Secutech with Support for Seagate 8TB Surveillance HDDs

Taipei, Taiwan, April 13th, 2016 – ASUSTOR Inc., a leading innovator and provider of network storage solutions, has launched two powerful flagship tower models in the AS6208T and AS6210T. This series of NAS devices comes equipped with the newest generation of Intel quad-core processors providing stable and reliable system performance. The AS6208T and AS6210T also feature a hot-swappable hard disk design and have passed stringent compatibility tests for Seagate’s newly launched high capacity 8TB disks, designed specifically for surveillance use. With these high-capacity disks, users are able to create high capacity recording storage spaces of up to 64TB and 80TB, respectively. Combined with ASUSTOR’s professional surveillance application, users will be able to create a small to medium sized surveillance system consisting of 1 to 25 cameras, helping them to increase security in their workplace and solve any surveillance issues.

Surveillance Center is a free App developed in-house by ASUSTOR that can be installed on all ASUSTOR NAS devices. It supports local display output and is the only surveillance app in the industry that supports the viewing of surveillance feeds via HDMI output, Web browsers and mobile devices along with being compatible for operation on Windows Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and IE Web browsers.
