Introducing NVR 3 Business

NVR 3 Business is the newest edition of ACTi software NVR series. It follows the style and the structure of previously well-known Corporate and Enterprise editions. The difference is in features and the scope of integration, as well as in pricing.
Its business value is to mostly target projects with the scale of 32-100 channels, a single site, without requiring CMS. It comes with 32 free channels enabled. In other words, if the project size is within 32 channels, and the cameras are from ACTi, then the NVR is completely free.
HIGHLIGHTS
* Better value difference from the Corporate edition, compared to NVR 3 Enterprise.
* Very good pricing structure.
* Third party cameras supported using extra licenses.
* CMS not supported.
* Workstation, full web client, lite web client, mobile client supported.

Discontinuation of NVR 3 Enterprise
Having launched highly anticipated NVR 3 Business edition, it covers all the project segments together with NVR 3 Corporate edition perfectly, therefore NVR 3 Enterprise is no longer necessary. As a result, ACTi is announcing the discontinuation of NVR 3 Enterprise.

ACTi NVR and IMMIX Integration
MMIX develops software to improve user's ability to manage and respond to security events by creating an intuitive, easy to use software integration platform. It is mostly focusing on video surveillance related alarms.
Immix offers two monitoring systems that are integrated with ACTi NVR 3:
Immix System operator receives digital input or motion detection events from ACTi system. The Immix system operator can then decide to watch live video or the recordings of the incident. The operator can also control the PTZ and listen to the audio via Immix interface directly.
ACTi NVR video streaming and the event notification features have been integrated with Immix already.

Digital Input event is triggered when the external device (panic button, smoke detector, door magnet, glass break sensor, motion sensor, gate controller, etc.) has been activated. The external device is connected to the digital input pins of the IP camera.
