The Carmen license plate recognition software engine is able to read vehicle plates from most countries of the world. In addition to its capability of reading Latin characters, the Camen ANPR engine can read Arabic, Chinese and Cyrillic. The software can execute continuous license plate reading even at vehicle speeds of up to 250 km/h.
