DRS THE TAMARISK 640 THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA MODULE

The Tamarisk640 is the latest edition to the Tamarisk family of 17 μm uncooled thermal imaging camera modules. With four times the resolution of the Tamarisk 320, theTamarisk 640 provides superior performance while maintaining a small size, low weight, and minimal power consumption.

The Tamarisk640 uses DRS Infrared's uncooled, Vanadium Oxide (VOx) detector, incorporating patented absorber technology to capture infrared energy in the 8 to 14 micrometer spectrum. Overall performance is enhanced with improvements to image quality, dynamic range, pixel saturation logic, multi-mode image contrast enhancement, and 24-bit RGB color.
