The 4900 series PLC interlock controller is a cost effective method for operating door interlock and mantrap systems of up to 120 doors and for many industrial control applications. The basic system consists of a controller board and one or more I/O (Input Output) modules featuring 8 inputs and 8 outputs. 4 of the outputs are DPDT relays and 4 are digital outputs able to drive low voltage loads directly, up to 80 mA per output. The 4900 controller is factory programmed to the user's specification.
