TASER Integrated System

TASER International’s new, integrated, digital multimedia evidence collection, storage and management solution features two innovative technologies: AXON and EVIDENCE. COM. The AXON system is a Linux-based tactical computer which integrates into users’ existing radio communications through a standard 3.5-mm headphone connection, providing two-way communications in addition to full audio-video recording from a small, lightweight head camera. EVIDENCE.COM is an information portal, turning geospatial multimedia evidence, such as GPS-tagged video, into visual dashboards and tactical maps with full click-through to underlying video data. Together, the system protects data through an end-to-end integrated solution so that digital evidence and information could be captured, stored and analyzed in ways that have tactical and strategic values to law enforcement.
