Hikvision has partnered with Cypriot software developer, Product.me, to integrate its all-in-one SaaS, next-generation retail platform with Hikvision’s people‑counting cameras, displays, and digital signage devices.

The combination enables retailers who typically manage large store networks and complex hardware environments – such as supermarkets, electronics chains, telecom operators, and apparel brands – to get more out of what they already have and create a complete, future‑ready retail ecosystem.

The Product.me platform is built as a single, open, modular platform. It integrates with any hardware or software system including ERP, CRM, POS, IoT sensors and Hikvision devices. This foundation allows every module to work together seamlessly.

Once the platform is installed, clients can activate one or more of the many modules to access a broad range of functionality. These range from Digital Engagement, Interactive Experiences, and Customer Assistance, to Pricing & Labels, Data & Feedback, Retail Operations, Store Management, and Gamification.

The integration is particularly valuable to the many retailers who already have significant Hikvision infrastructure as it gives them a unified ecosystem without replacing existing investments.

According to George Visvikis, the Founder of Product.me, working with Hikvision has been refreshingly collaborative. “The Hikvision team has been fast, supportive, and fully aligned with our goal of simplifying in‑store operations,” he said. “By combining Product.me’s unified platform with Hikvision’s reliable cameras and displays, we’re giving retailers a smarter, more connected way to run their stores and benefit from real benefits from day one.”

The company has plans to expand its work with Hikvision across more device categories and more markets. “As Hikvision continues to innovate in cameras, displays, and AI‑driven analytics, we see clear opportunities to bring these capabilities into Product.me, especially in fields such as automation, behavioural insights, and advanced store intelligence,” he said.

“With this partnership, Hikvision’s retail customers get more out of what they already have. Hikvision provides the hardware foundation; Product.me brings the intelligence, orchestration, and experience layer on top. Together, we deliver a complete, future‑ready retail ecosystem.”
