Zaplox enters agreement with Charlottehaven for new Zaplox Traveler

As previously announced Zaplox has entered a partner agreement with Via Systems. As a result Zaplox has now acquired its first customer within this agreement for the company’s new service, Zaplox Traveler. Zaplox Traveler enables multiple hotels to offer a mobile guest journey in the same app. This will bring more simple and cost efficient handling for the hotels. The solution makes it possible for the guests at Charlottehaven to use their smartphone to check in and check out as well as opening their hotel room with a mobile key.

In April 2018 Zaplox entered a partner agreement with Via Systems A/S. Via Systems A/S have their base in Denmark and provides Picasso PMS* to about 850 hotels in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, including Charlottehaven who will be Zaplox’ first customer of the Zaplox Traveler. Zaplox Traveler is a Community App that connects several hotels in one app where they can all take advantage of available services as mobile check in and check out, mobile keys, reservations, payments and promotions. The advantage for affiliated hotels is that they don’t have to launch their own app but can now quick and easy offer their guests a mobile guest journey where the hotel’s guests can check in, get their mobile key and check out as well as pay their hotel stay in the app. Zaplox Traveler is integrated to Picasso PMS and Charlottehaven will be able to offer their guests an enhanced service at the same time as the solution will increase revenue opportunities for the hotel.
