Mirasys appoints new CEO

The Board of Directors of Mirasys Group has appointed Veli-Matti Luukkanen as CEO of Mirasys. The appointment becomes effective immediately. Veli-Matti Luukkanen has been responsible for the Finnish and Ba ltic business of Mirasys and a member of the Mirasys Board since 2011 but has now resigned from the board.
