At ISC West 2026, booth #9053, HID will showcase technologies that enable organizations to integrate physical access, digital authentication and identity verification into a cohesive system. The demonstrations will feature solutions for mobile reader management, healthcare visitor management, credential issuance and biometric identity verification, all aimed at enhancing security while improving operational efficiency.

“As physical and digital security systems continue to converge, identity becomes the foundation that connects them,” said Ramesh Songukrishnasamy, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at HID. “HID enables organizations to unify access control, authentication and identity verification, giving them the flexibility to build trusted identity ecosystems that evolve with their security needs.”

ISC West attendees visiting the HID booth will see how the company’s technologies work together to support modern identity protection strategies across enterprise, healthcare, government and critical infrastructure environments. Through an immersive, hands-on experience, visitors can explore HID solutions in action across real-world identity and access scenarios.

Beyond the booth, HID will participate in eight speaking sessions at ISC West 2026. A full list is available via the ISC West 2026 Session Directory.

Delivering the right credential, every time

Modern identity starts before anyone reaches a door. HID's credential issuance solutions give organizations the tools to create, deploy and scale trusted credentials across every format and workforce type.

As mobile credentials reach mainstream adoption — with 74% of organizations already deploying or planning deployment according to HID's 2026 State of Security and Identity Report — HID Mobile Access delivers secure credentials through an app or digital wallet across a wide spectrum of devices. Attendees can see firsthand how HID makes it simple for organizations to issue, manage and scale mobile access, with solutions designed to meet their evolving security needs, including new support for mobile access on readers with Existing Keys to minimize the complexity and costs to upgrade to mobile.

HID is also announcing the launch of its HID Converged Credentials solution at ISC West, a solution that consolidates physical and logical access into a single, standards-based credential. Using the same card or security key they already carry, employees can badge through secured doors and authenticate to workstations and enterprise applications without passwords or separate tokens.

For teams managing high-volume or distributed workforces, HID FARGO Connect, streamlines credential life cycle management through a unified, cloud-based platform. By connecting remote locations, HR systems and issuance hardware, organizations can instantly issue and activate credentials for employees anywhere. When combined with advanced printers such as the HID FARGO HDP6600, HDP5000e and DTC1500, businesses gain a fully connected issuance ecosystem that accelerates turnaround times, strengthens security and improves operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Maximizing access control infrastructure

Issuing the right credential only matters if the infrastructure reading it is built to match. Recent enhancements to HID's access control portfolio give organizations more flexibility and control over the investments they've already made.

For administrators managing reader deployments at scale, HID Linq Mobile for Android offers a preview of what simplified reader management looks like as a mobile app, enabling remote configuration of HID Signo and OMNIKEY readers and firmware updates from a single interface. The Android version launches in Q2, with iOS availability expected later this year.

Designed for seamless authentication on-the-go, the HID OMNIKEY Plug Series is the ultimate compact RFID reader family for mobile workforces. Its small and lightweight design makes it ideal for professionals on the move. Available in two versions, the OMNIKEY Plug Series delivers secure, passwordless authentication with support for multiple credential technologies, including FIDO2 and other multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods, to protect against phishing and credential theft. It also complements the broader OMNIKEY portfolio, helping organizations extend and maximize their existing technology investments.

Verifying identity in real time

Visitor Manager for Healthcare delivers a tailored patient check-in process for hospitals, integrating directly with electronic health record (EHR) systems to link visitors to specific patients and rooms for fast visitor guidance. Capabilities include ID scanning, photo capture, watchlist management and audit-ready logs to support compliance with HIPAA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other regulations — reducing friction starting at the front door, without compromising security.

That same commitment to accurate identity verification extends to the new Digital Trust & Identity Pavilion, where HID will demonstrate the latest in biometric technology, including what it looks like to confirm, in real time, that the person presenting a credential is who they claim to be.

The HID Facepod will greet attendees at the pavilion entrance, offering an immediate, real-world example of facial recognition verification before they step inside.

At HID’s booth (#22136) in the pavilion, attendees will see how the HID Facepod delivers fast, accurate biometric verification under real-world operating conditions. HID will also feature two additional demonstrations with Veridocs and Soloinsight, showcasing multimodal identity verification that includes facial recognition and advanced document authentication for both physical and mobile IDs. Together, these demonstrations highlight how HID enables trusted identity verification across a wide range of credentials, environments and use cases — powered by HID’s technologies and seamless integrations with complementary solutions across the partner ecosystem.

The solutions HID is bringing to ISC West reflect both the company's strategic direction and a broader industry shift already underway, as organizations increasingly demand unified approaches to physical and digital identity. According to HID's 2026 State of Security and Identity Report, which surveyed more than 1,500 end users and industry partners, 75% of organizations have already deployed or are actively evaluating converged physical-digital identity solutions. Identity management has also emerged as the top strategic priority, cited by 73% of respondents as a leading trend. For security professionals, integrators and technology leaders on the ISC West show floor, HID's demonstrations offer a firsthand look at why the world's most security-conscious organizations trust HID to protect what matters most.

ISC West attendees can explore HID’s latest innovations at booth #9053.
