Zaplox announced that Thunder Valley Casino Resort has chosen to offer their guests Zaplox mobile guest journey. Situated in northern California, the hotel is an “AAA Diamond Luxury Resort” with 408 rooms, casino, championship golf course, spa, entertainment and a conference venue. The agreement enables Thunder Valley to offer their guests mobile check in, mobile key and mobile check out as well as customized offers and information before, during and after their stay. Zaplox solution is integrated to the hotel’s lock system from dormakaba and their PMS from Oracle OPERA. The Thunder Valley’s mobile guest journey is planned to be launched at the end of 2018 or beginning of 2019.
Thunder Valley is an “AAA Diamond Luxury Resort” with 408 hotel rooms, located in Lincoln, northern California where guests have access to high class services including a world class golf course, casino, spa and an entertainment and conference venue. Thunder Valley has entered the agreement with Zaplox to be able to offer their guests a smooth and easy mobile guest journey. Zaplox mobile guest journey presents several benefits both for the hotel and the guest. The guest will get a mobile key to their room in their phone and the hotel will be able to save costs on lost or demagnetized key cards. Zaplox mobile guest journey will eliminate waiting time during check in and check out and the guests can easily and securely access their room with a mobile key in their smartphone, get access to special offers, make payments and book their next stay.
Zaplox solution for Thunder Valley will be integrated to dormakaba’s lock system and Oracle OPERA PMS and the intention is for Thunder Valley to be able to launch their mobile guest journey at the end of 2018 or the beginning of 2019.
