SeeTec and Xerius B.V. cancel distribution agreement

After more than two years of successful cooperation in a large number of joint projects Xserius B.V. will quit the distribution of SeeTec products in the Netherlands by February 1st 2013. Henri Nieuwstraten, General Manager at Xserius, and Andreas Beerbaum, Chief Sales Officer at SeeTec AG, underline that the decision was made conjointly due to different strategic alignments of both companies in the future.
“We would like to thank Xserius for the active support during the period of our market entry in the Netherlands which has been very helpul for SeeTec”, emphasizes Andreas Beerbaum, adding that SeeTec will in the future still run business in the Netherlands which are a key region in Europe for SeeTec. Henri Nieuwstraten states that Xserius will of course take care of installed projects based on SeeTec even after the distribution agreement has expired.
