Housed in rugged DIN rail or wall mountable enclosures, these 8 port plus 3 optical fiber port switches are designed for harsh environments, such as industrial networking, IP surveillance, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and are also suitable for many military and utility market applications where environmental conditions exceed commercial product specifications. These highly versatile switches support a 24/48VDC power input boost feature allowing them to fit common 24/48 VDC power systems found in industrial field or outside cabinets. These Ethernet switches support a variety of advanced management functions, including STP/ RSTP/MSTP and ITU-T G.8032 ring resiliency, IGMP, VLAN, QoS, Security, IPV6, bandwidth control, port mirroring, cable diagnostics, green Ethernet as well as advanced PoE management that includes PoE device auto-check and auto reset, weekly PoE power scheduling.
