HID Global announced that it has entered into an agreement with RedCloud, the industry's fastest growing provider of web-based, physical access control systems. The agreement will enable RedCloud to resell HID Global's EasyLobby Secure Visitor Management (SVM) software as part of a comprehensive solution that encompasses RedCloud's complete line of web-based access control network appliances, including RedCloud Enterprise and RedCloud Virtual.

The integration allows RedCloud end users to grant different levels of access to visitors, contractors and employees from the EasyLobby SVM visitor station. When a visitor or contractor is badged using SVM, the information is automatically passed from the SVM database to the RedCloud Security Management Software, and the visitor badge is activated in real-time. The RedCloud system is immediately notified and the card is deactivated when the visitor checks out of EasyLobby. This integration provides the ability for enterprises of all sizes to secure their facilities, people and assets across multiple offices, buildings or locations.
