With a large sensor area Precise 250 MC offers ease-of-use to inexperienced users. Used together with the widely deployed Precise Match-on-Card technology, the Precise 250 MC enables users to both store and match the fingerprint directly on the card, thus eliminating the uncertainty of matching the fingerprint on a network connected device. User integrity always remains intact because the fingerprint template never leaves the card. In this way users never need to feel concerned that their fingerprints could be stolen or abused. Replacing the smar t card PIN with fingerprints also provides increased security and makes the authentication procedure quick and easy.
