• The OPTEX OA-FLEX AIR T offers a unique “spot” activation area that combines activation and safety functions into one sensor, all based on the OPTEX full active infrared technology.• For applications at, for example, hospital or kitchen doors, the OA-FLEX AIR T can be used as a virtual pushbutton. The activation and safety detection zones are active as soon as the sensor is activated.• The sensor has a unique “BLUEZONE?” lookback function that provides additional safety in the threshold.• Activation of the “BLUEZONE? area” means the OA-FLEX AIR T offers safety beyond even the EN 16005 requirements. The OA-FLEX AIR T complies with the latest European regulation EN 16005 and has been tested and approved by the German test organization TUV.
