It has built-in pan/tilt control for more flexible monitoring; supporting 4x digital zoom for close-up images.

It also supports Internet Explorer and Java applet for IE and Netscape Navigator to allow for remote access from web browser for live image viewing. The camera supports TCP/IP networking, SMTP e-mail, HTTP and other Internet related protocols and it can be used in a mixed operating system environment such as Windows and Macintosh.
