Sony has commercialized the ICX810DKV and ICX811DKV, which use a ceramic SON package, for security cameras.

The ICX810/811DKV use a compact and easy-to-mount ceramic SON package. Compared to the existing Sony product, ICX810/811AKA, this package reduces the board area, reduces costs by eliminating the need for hand-soldered mounting, and also helps reduce the camera size.
