OmniConverter 10/100/1000 PoE Switches and PoE Media Converters enable distance extension over fiber optic cabling to Powered Devices (PDs). Classified as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), OmniConverter compact PoE Switches can provide full PoE power to eight Powered Devices using standard UTP cables that carry the Ethernet data.
