NIS0131/NIS0231 is an interline CCD solid-state image sensor. This CCD image sensor is customized for 960H NTSC/PAL color video cameras with a diagonal 6mm(Type 1/3) system. With the state-of-art CCD manufacturing technology, this CCD image sensor excels from other competitors especially for sensitivity in the low light condition and enhanced smear suppression structure from direct lighting. It features a field period readout system and an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time. It is a perfect match for applications such as surveillance cameras, door entry camera, etc.
