The K-MDVR-1 is a real-time mobile digital video recorder with playback at 30/25 frames per channel and 4 alarm inputs/2 alarm outputs. The

alarm input is triggered by bus doors opening or closing, lights signaling a vehicle''s direction changes, sirens on police cars and pressing the

help button to signal distress. The 2 alarm outputs allow devices such as lights or audible alarms to be activated by an alarm input. There are 4 Din connectors for 4 video inputs and 2 audio inputs with picture resolution at JPEG format (640 x 480). The K-MDVR-1 can be neatly installed in its compartment below the radio in a car. It can take 8G mechanical shock and 1.25G (random)/0.8G (sine) vibration. Other features include pre-alarm recording of 50 images, USB interface for PC software access and SD card for backup storage, fixed 2.5〃 HDD as storage medium and suppor t GPS (RS-232 interface).
