HDVE is a miniature, fiber optic HD-SDI digital video transport module. Separate transmitter(Tx)/receiver(Rx) units allow SDI signals can be transmitted from a remote site to a receiver site via fiber optic link. Existing electrical SDI link can be converted to fiber optical link with Minimum effort. The HDVE receives the electrical SDI input signal and converts the SDI signals to optical data. The HDVE collects the optical data from the fiber cable and converts them to electrical SDI data.
