Licence for pixelating moving objects in the imagematerial of individual video channels.Particularly suited to reliably maintain privacy while monitoring public access areas. In live displays or in already archived image data moving objects are masked either by pixelating or smearing. The masking works on all moving objects in a surveillance scene, but by only obliterating the "who" and not the "what", it still allows for general control and detection of critical situations. In accordance with user rights, important and critical situations can be investigated and video forwarded for evidential purposes without the maksing. One licence is required per channel.
