Axis Q1910/E Thermal Network Cameras are a complement to any network video system that needs to secure an area 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The camera uses thermal imaging, which allows users to detect people, objects and incidents in complete darkness and difficult conditions such as smoke, haze, dust and light fog. It also provides capacity for third-party analytics modules, including support for Axis Camera Application Platform.


The thermal network cameras create images based on the heat that always radiates from any object, vehicle or person. This gives thermal cameras the power to see through complete darkness and deliver images that allow operators to detect and act on suspicious activity. Thermal cameras can also handle many difficult weather conditions better than conventional cameras, such as allowing operators to see through haze, dust, and smoke.


Axis Q1910/E are also the first thermal cameras on the market with two-way audio support, which allows the user to communicate with visitors and intruders. The camera supports ON VIF for interoperability between network video products.
