Company name change from ZKSoftware to ZKTeco

Dear ZK Partners:

Due to exponential growth and diversification of ZK’s product line, ZK has rebranded its corporate name from “ZKSoftware” to “ZKTeco” as our umbrella (Group) brand. Going forward ZKTeco will be subdivided into 5 distinct business segments/divisions which will be known as:

1. ZKSoftware: Professional Time Attendance and Biometric Division
2. ZKAccess: Advance Access Control Products and Solutions Division
3. ZKiVision: IP based CCTV Products and Solutions Division
4. ZKBiolock: Intelligent Commercial and Consumer Door Lock Solutions Division
5. ZKAFIS: Large Scale Biometric System and Solutions Division

Our goal is develop new products and solutions with advanced technologies in each of the 5 business segments/divisions and build ZKTeco as a world renowned brand/enterprise.
