First of all, the Bank is an essentially different level of safety, in comparison with other commercial objects. It should be ultimately protected from all possible threats, therefore the system of safety of the Bank must be complex and technological. For banking institutions, the scheduled replacement of the equipment at least once in a three years is very desirable.
Such target has been put before Partizan, namely to modernize out-of-date video surveillance system of the NBQ Bank, having transferred from analogue to IP, as well as to integrate new video cameras with already existing video registrars in some branches.
In order to solve this task, the project of typical branch of bank has been developed with its subsequent implementation for new objects. Then, the modernization plan for each branch, taking into account replacement or additional integration of devices into existing system, has been approved. Throughout a month the local company-partner has successfully established and started out nearby 300 HDIP cameras on the basis of existing recorders of other manufacturers and new recorders of Partizan.
As a result, having chosen the Partizan, NBQ got advantages to its Video Surveillance System, as follows:
Reliable operation of the equipment in wide temperature modes;
High quality of the image and detailed elaboration of a picture for the identification of persons, bank-notes and small parts;
Effective operation in difficult light conditions (direct solar beams, lamps, twilight etc.);
Powerful self-determined decisions for record of a video archive with a long storage by half a year;
Possibility of the further scaling of the system.
National Bank of Umm AI-Qaiwain (NBQ) is the one of the ancient and outstanding banks in Arab Emirates. It was incorporated in 1982 and for the nonce includes about 20 branches represented in each emirate.
