ORing is pleased to unveil the new Open-Vision v3.0, the outstanding suite of 3 humanized network management tools – ORing Commander, ORing Topology View (with integrated ORing MAP), ORing Host Monitoring – with the advantages of automatic device discovery, device status monitoring, grouping of switches by different IPs, Syslog events, and scan-device configuration
ORing Commander allows one-step centralized centralized configuration of all connected ORing Ethernet switches via powerful application wizards, without the hassle of having to configure the switches serially one by one. Additionally, ORing Commander has the wizard to utilize O-Ring network redundancy technology effectively.
ORing Topology View enables visualized management of all ORing’s Ethernet switches in the local network by displaying network connections as either complex topologies or geographical network mapping on Google Map – without numerical limitation of nodes to be configured. With traffic analysis and visualized warning system, the user can track health status of connections among the switches.ORing Host Monitoring provides complete monitoring of Ethernet switches by continuously checking the health statuses and configuration changes of these IP-based devices and their associated connections, with added benefits of abnormal-event email notification, event log, and SNMP traps.
